TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

I have had nothing but hassles since I have signed up for an email service with this provider. It has been a struggle from almost the word go. I moved my email to Afrihost with the Silver hosting package on 14/08 for a service that would run until 31/08. I was charged pro-rata for the service. It was a never ending struggle and almost immediately I had to upgrade the service to Gold due to too little storage capacity, and that service would also run until 31/08. I was charged pro-rata once upgraded. On 16/08 I was again charged a fee of R29.00 that would run until 15/08??????? I queried this with accounts, AND AM STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK! I continued to struggle almost daily and after having had to again have my email reset yesterday, for the how manyeth time in the last 7 days, and this time HAVING MY EMAIL DELETED BY AFRIHOST, AND LOSING ALL MY EMAILS, I ended up not just a little irritated. I set up the new details, and on checking up this morning lo and behold MY EMAIL IS NOT WORKING AGAIN!!!!!!! This is when I had my fill and contacted Afrihost with instructions to cancel the package and to release my website so I can go to another provider, A PROVIDER FOR WHICH I HAVE NOW PAID A FEE. I contacted Afrihost on 2 occasions by email, attaching a statement by means of ClientZone claiming I have no payment due. I again instructing them to release my domain so I can get my BUSINESS EMAIL SET UP AGAIN. THEY HAVE NOT REP**** YET!!!!!! I AM NOT JUST A LITTLE UPSET BY THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am disgusted with the shotty service they supply!!!!!!!!
