I app**** for a OpenServe fibre line on the 7th April 2021, the Modem was delivered the following week which I was charged for, thereafter I have made several attempts of getting feedback from you, regarding installation time.

Which none of your agents could assist and have given me contradicting information.

It is now almost a month and I have to keep following up with you to get information.

Whom do I speak to, in order to get this resolved or cancelled.

As I am NOT receiving Service from you.
