Ticket ID: JNA-***1-No response on escalation. 7 weeks and still waiting

Please tell me when I will get fibre installed. Secondly why was this escalation not dealt with. thirdly why do I have to wait now for 7 weeks?

Can you provide a date and time as to when I will get the service that i ordered.

Lastly your escalation processes just dont work. After seven weeks Im still at square one.

What is going on?
