Thulani Support Desk - Formal Complaint

Would like to lay a formal complaint against support desk assistant Thulani, puts the phone down on me while trying to resolve fiber line down, nobody gets back to a person even after multiple emails, watsapps and calls only to find out that Openserve cleared the fault but the line is still down, extremely poor communication!
