THROTTLED AGAIN ON AN UNCAPPED SERVICE BY AFRIHOST

Well here I am again on the 24th of the month and seemingly throttled again with UP and DOWN speeds of less than 5mbps. This on an AfriHost 50/50 mbps UNCAPPED, please take note UNCAPPED package through MTN.

Last month I complained and got a mail from Afrihost that reads as hereunder:

Yes we do have 2 package types for LTE Capped and Uncapped, the difference in these packages is that

Capped Packages: Data Limit: These packages come with a set amount of data you can use within a billing cycle, these packages are normally divided into two options anytime and night data

Uncapped Packages: No Data Limit: These packages do not have a fixed data limit, allowing you to use as much data as you need. You can use the data at any time of the date with no limit whether its day or night time
