This is support ticket number 6. Ive requested that Afrihost Send OpenServer out to my property (978 Bloedhond str, Garsfontein) they never did!! See the below which Ive requested on 15 May 2025 for the record. Good day, I want to lodge a complaint to management. 1. this is yet again, another support request in just 1 month. 2. i use the support whatsapp chat, and all they always say is shut down your fibre box and router for 5 mintes BS! every time.... 3. i pay for a 100mb/sec line, by my line is always between 10 - 60 mb/sec. 4. sort out my line, get Openserve to come out to my address and test my line, or send me a new router.
