THIS EERVICE PROVIDER IS BAD FOR NEW CUSTOMERS

I just join afrihost and I've never used the fibre. No internet connection and I'm told same thing everyday now I'm told I need a laptop to be assisted. I've been battling for almost three weeks I have paid but never used any service . Im still using my rain and I regret joining this. My money is gone and no one cares.
