This dog has no bite!

One star is being generous. Ordered my fibre through Afrihost & Frogfoot. The cable was installed (paid for by me!) 15/10/2021. Cable deemed faulty. To date NOTHING has been done to fix the problem. Afrihost merely blame Frogfoot every day when I contact them. Afrihost clearly don't have the bark or the bite to take on Frogfoot and/or have no intention to do so.

AND I am told by Afrihost that I will pay R999 to cancel as the cable has been installed. So I sit here with a cable that I paid for and is of no use to man or beast!
