THIS COMPANY DOES NOT NEED YOUR BUSINESS - THEY TOO BIG TO CARE FOR IT

Attempted to migrate to afrihost, process took over 4 weeks and I am still without internet, they have wasted countless hours of this period, with myself having to deal with the following :

- communicate with more than 12 different agents via Whatsapp - listen to a variety of reasons over the course of a day as to why the service is not working, this process spanned over 4 week every single day - Unanswered emails from team leader Warren Lawrence, to resolve my query - Agents delegating work to you to follow up with their Distribution Centre - No response from distribution centre - agents attempting to resolve you query, while they talk to multiple other clients at the SAME time
