Thinking of moving to Afrihost - don't!!!

<p>My business mails keep bouncing back since yesterday, it repeatedly says 'server failed' - i have phoned Afrihost this morning where a consultant said he could not assist me as he is not a Mac expert - so i sent 4 HELP messages and sent mails - and no one has contacted me to assist with the problem, he aslo chanegd my server settings and now i dont have any mails to view!! I have received one mail of a consultant that keeps asking me questions that i dont know, they are suppose to be the experts right??I numerously asked him to phone me. This is now day 2 of a non -operating business because Afrihost doesn't seem to care about their clients. Please dont waste your time by signing up with this company!</p>
