Think twice before signing up, they’ll take your money but not fix your connection!

For the past few years, we’ve been paying Afrihost for a 500 Mbps line, yet we consistently only receive 100 Mbps. Despite countless support tickets, router changes, and endless back-and-forth communication, the issue remains unresolved. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since we’re paying R1,447 per month for speeds we’re not getting. Afrihost has failed to deliver on their promise.
