Think twice...

Afrihost advertise a product at a price, I cancelled my internet from another service provider and ordered it. I received 3 emails confirming the product and the price, all as ordered. It gets installed and before the end of the FIRSTmonth they up the package a notch and the price accordingly without any notice or ANY warning. When I complained to the WhatsApp Call Centre they said said; sic "...We dont have that package anymore so you have to use this one at this price". The Telephone Call centre said sic "...Sorry, its too bad, read the small print, we can do that".
