Think before u sign with Afrihost

On the the 7th Nov I registered with afrihost. They had a promo of two months free. Apparently the promo ended that morning. Before 7am. I signed up just before 5. I was told that the promo was nonlonr avail on the website however I advised and sent. Screenshot. I spoke to a lady via chat that said she will escalate the matter and will email me. She never did. She claimed a few weeks later she sms me. Bull#%(. I spoke to a view ppl and then this one lady. Nquibeca advise I still qualify for the promo. She confirmed with her manager. Vinay M. When I called again they said she never logged the note on acc. Gave them time and date of call. This matter was then again escalated. Not that I'm surprise. No feedback once again. I called the call centre and I thought that thabiso will handle this. He sent an email to me asking me to send everything including screenshot and copy in support and his manager. I received a ticket number as well. This is now almost a month and half later and still no feedback. Not even an acknowledgement. I am at at a lost here. I paid my services in the interim because they were going to suspend my services but noon eis getting back to me about the two months. The service really really stink. I would rather have signed up paying more on other service providers who provide a better service. I will advise anyone considering afrihost to rethink and rather pay a little extra st mweb or other places where service is still a priority and have service ppl that are able to perform a task they paid for.
