Please don't make the mistake of signing up for fibre with Afrihost and Openserve. Not only will they get your address wrong repeatedly, they will tease you with a technician phoning you saying they will come activate your line tomorrow, or some lie like that, and then never call you again. When you follow up with Afrihost (because you don't have direct contact with Openserve) they re-issue the ticket, Openserve says they will contact you in a week, and then the process starts again.

Should you get sick of this process, and you want to cancel the non-existent service, they will charge you R1000 as a cancellation fee.

So, basically, you will never get your fibre, and they will get R1000. It's such a good business model!
