These people are ******. They advertised an option to upgrade to fiber which I did. As soon as the fiber line was working I canceled the ADSL service I had with them and canceled the line with Telkom as well. Now months later I realized that I have been billed for the fiber as well as the ADSL line as they never canceled the ADSL "data package" connected to the line. How is that even possible. How can I use data with no line I had requested for it to be canceled. I am sure they do this on purpose to ***** money from people that is already suffering in this difficult economic time.
