******* and terrible customer service

I think 1 star is even generous! Terrible customer service!!! I have been ****** and given excuses that don’t make sense. I app**** for 50 up and 50 down last September 2021 and was told it would be R827 recently I have noticed that they are currently charging me R927. Upon calling them to their response was you can downgrade if you want and that’s the best they can offer!! No apologies no empathy in over charging me for paying R927 for 50 up and down whilst is is being advised as R729 on their website currently???Their only response to this is because I got a promotion that’s why I’m paying this price??? What nonsense what kind of promotion makes you pay more than advertised! Their service is just disgusting and disappointing
