<p>I bought a Zest T1 phone from them pre-release. Anyway 13 months after purchase my battery stopped working. When I requested once I was told it was on back order. Anyway after waiting 3 months until they got stock I ordered one and did an eft and was advice of shipping with a tracking number but I never received the item not is the tracking number valid. They don't respond to emails nor do they answer their phone.</p>
