They just don't care

I have now been waiting 20 days for Afrihost to arrange Vuma to install fibre at my home. I have contacted support 8 times, nothing has been done. Yesterday I was finally able to get someone to expedite the matter with Afrihosts' fibre department only to today's operator tell me to wait two more days! You don't tell someone who's already waited 20 days to wait longer. Absolutely ******* service going back to Telkom LTE
