They don't want your business and I'm not sure they even know it.

I tried hard to move my business's MTN packages over to them, but rather started with 3 new number. Well, a couple of system issues on their app wrt the RICA contact later the order was placed.

Weeks later I cancelled the orders as it went over the ever-changing 'ETA', no support agent could tell me why or how much longer and trying to get hold of a manger was fruitless.

Never thought I'll find a company that makes the process worse than MTN, but here I am writing this review.
