They cost me money

Here is my experience

1. I waited longer than the estimated time for delivery. 2. I bought a fixed MTN LTE package that worked great only until it didn't anymore after one moth. 3. After failing to resolve i was forced to leave the company because I DON'T HAVE INTERNET AS PROMISED. 4. They charged me a cancelation fee of R999 even though its not my fault. 5. I tried to speak to a manager to resolve this but they won't take my call or call me back after Promising me they will. 6. This is a sad, poor example of a South African Company.
