They are not a business, they are a joke!

In the last week since shifting to afrihost my emails have been down 3 times. I have been on the phone for 2 hours to them. The send instructions for me to complete IT tasks that for the layman are not easy to understand. When you say you do not understand they simply copy and paste and send again. My website has been down for a week. My website developers are amazed that they expect the client to move or back up my site to their server. This has been done by my developers and still nothing. Their one consultant told me to take my computer and go and research the problem. Are their staff trained at all in customer service and tech issue? I have posted before on Hello peter and heard nothing. Clearly they are arrogant enough to believe that my BUSINESS means nothing TO THEM!
