There is no support at afrihost

Dealing with afrihost when you have a problem is a really horrible experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. I pay a fortune for a service i have not received for close on 6 months now. The fixed wireless internet has been abysmal and you cannot talk to anyone technical. You only get a minion eho makes excuses. The tech team ONLY correspond via EMAIL which is an interesting concept when you cannot send or receive emails due to no internet. Managers are always in meetings or not available. You get promised a call back which never happens. You get nothing but lousy service and lying call centre agents. But it may just be incompetence on the part of managers. Stay away from afrihost if you want a.good service and to keep your sanity.
