THEFT of FIXED LTE DATA by AFRIHOST

As a new user to Afrihost I was very impressed on their systems, the ease of signing up the fast response in deliver your equipment and getting you connected and up and running. Also impressive is their call logging system and response in these systems, but sadly this is where the good news stops. At the end of September 16 hours before the actual role over time, current role over data was removed, only on the user side thus not available for use by me although still visible on their side. They (Technical support) admitted it and kept on escalating the matter but no response or resolution for 25 days from them even on regular follow ups from my side. Even approached accounts to determine if i am allow to premature my contract due to the not honer ring the contract but they provided a standard answer that i will have to pay the penalty for their bridge of contract My experiences is that AFRIHOST is only new client orientated but once a client you don't matter, so please be aware in considering a new SP for FIXED LTE
