Theft: Debit order done even though order cancelled weeks ago

Order for SIM only promotion with CellC was cancelled before I even got the SIM. I cancelled it via contact centre as well we the app, then followed up on email, so WHY THE ____ did you still debit my account with 2 amounts.

This is total BS and you deserve to loose your license, seriously.

I was still considering you for my Fibre upgrade, but you can go jump!
