Disgusting service received from Afrihost!

In March we took our WiFi for our company, it showed online that there was fibre in the area so we proceeded. Got everything delivered but had over R1500 deducted from our account before we were even online!

They then tell us there’s no connection in our area, even though their website says there is! They then proceed to charge us cancellation fees.

They have now taken over R3000 from my account.

To date; we have not been refunded and instead more money keeps being deducted for no service at all! Just promises on promises!

Everyone I speak to tells me it’ll take 2 weeks. It’s been nearly 3 months at this point!

Outright *******!!! Why should I lose money because your website isn’t accurate!
