theft

cancellation requested , ref received but the cancellation was not done and i was not informed it cannot be done . so a week or two later i find it was not done so i contacted accounts and they says i was supposed to be contacted by technical and they don't know why i wasn't and cannot help me. my data will now expire and i cannot do anything about it . i have paid for nothing .
