Theft

On the 25/04/ 2018 I called and signed up AFRIHOST after terminating with COOL IDEAS ( another story). They did absolutely nothing and on 10/05/2018 . I terminated with them due to non delivery of service. I then received an invoice for device setup. I loaded a request and they collected their router on 11/05/2018. This morning the debited my bank account with R1070. can you please explain what this is for.
