I cancelled my Fibre! To be ended end of January 2025. I MOVED TO FREE STATE. I joined your LTE @ R299pm.

WHY DID YOU DEDUCT R748 FROM MY ACCOUNT??

REFUND MY FIBRE AMOUNT OF R449.

Where I live now there is no Fibre. Why did debit order go through for the Fibre which I cancelled?
