The worst service provider in South Africa.

So I moved out into a new place and got Vuma to set me up with fiber and everything worked fine but then everything stopped because I was trying to upgrade my line. It's been a month with no internet and everytime I speak to their customer service then they tell me that they've done something and I must just wait 24 hours and so on. No one is helping me and most of the people i speak to are rude and tell me to cancel and find someone else. How is this service. I've been with Afrihost for almost 4 years now and this is how they treat clients. I am absolutely shocked and unbelievably frustrated. Worst internet experience of my life.
