The worst service ever from Afrihost

Bad service and the worst connectivity

I took out a Wifi Deal with Afrihost in June 2025, For the months of June, July and August the connectivity and speed was ok. Since the start of September the wifi speed dropped to a point where we are unable to use it. Every app or internet platform we log into always buffers and the internet stop. Even to send a normal WhatsApp message take long to be sent. I have reported this to Afrihost multiple times. I have sit online with 4 of their consultants for hours and everytime the feedback is they will escalate the matter to the LTE experts while the deduct their full monthly premium I am unable to use the wifi. This is the poorest service I ever received. I am definitely cancelling this.
