The Worst service ever

I started experiencing issues with my fiber connectivity on monday, I then called Afrihost who gave me the run around, the ONT Box was showing red alarm light, the agents told me at that time that they will escalate it to vodacom, who will be in touch with me within 24hour, 24hours came and passed, today I called them again and was told the matter has been escalated, if the escalate it again it will delay the process even more.

I don't think afrihost management knows what they are doing and that filters down to consultants. 3 days without connectivity and I run a home office that needs connectivity.
