the worst ISP in the whole word

so where does one start? i have been with them now give or take + _ 6-7 month and omw from day 1 it has only been head aches and problem i have never in my life had to fight so much just to have my internet working... its one problem after the next now they saying my capitec card can not be loaded on to there pay-fast program as its not compatible... i mean what the hell since wen can a card not be compatible.... my point being this please to who ever reads this be careful because trust me you will get the worst service you ever gotten,, its to a point where empty promises get made to a point where managers promise to return call and never do oh and the best one of them all if your card misses one payment you get switched of the same day and wait and fight up to 14 days just to get reconnected please be careful and if the ISP is reading this please do feel free to contact me on ***
