The worst internet service provider.

The worst internet service provider. Their networks are always offline. When you call into their customer service with a query or complaint your call is transferred from one person to the next and you are placed on hold with no feedback. You are told that the fault is resolved and your internet works for all of five minutes and than it's back to no internet connection on your mobile devices. For two weeks I have been calling and using their whatsapp support and I am told that my query is logged and escalated and I am told that each time and than I am told they can do a quick fix for the day. If you can do a quick fix for the day why can you not permanently fix the problem instead of blaming my landlines service provider.
