The worst internet provider in SA

I have not had internet for almost a week now. Every time I contact Afrihost I have to speak to a new agent and explain the whole situation all over again. They promise that the issue will be resolved but it never is. I even went and bought a new router because the one agent was convinced that the router was faulty - my internet is still not working. These people have no clue about client service.
