The worst back up customer service support in South Africa

My Fibre line keeps dropping connection. I have called them, logged a fault via whatsapp and tried reaching out to them via Facebook book but it seems that they simply don't care. I have been on hold for almost 2 hours and then my call simply drops and nobody even bothers to call you back. Even Telkom provides better service than this and that is saying alot!!!!! If you are looking for a Fibre connection with proper customer support I suggest looking elsewhere.
