The Weakest support EVER

Omg no, just no, i never had a problem, up untill this year, the response is weak, if at all you might get one, they have no idea what is going on if you have a problem. You send a support ticked, they answer like 5 days later, asking, is it still the same? You reply and then wait forever. Please people, do not use them, you WILL make a big mistake
