The ************ Afri-Ghost...

My first review on hellopeter was due to what I believed to be the incompetence of Afrihost as an internet ISP. It turns out that I was wrong though - they simply don't care about clients. Not only did I not receive any internet joy from them, since day 1 of my contract with them, they also refuse to "release" the line, so that my new ISP can connect their services for me. After a month of trying to get something out of Afrihost, I finally decide to call it "afri-ghost" and just move on, however, their bad service and ************ business practices continue to haunt me. I guess that I will be forced to move to legal action and refer the matter to the ombud if I cannot get rid of them for "service not rendered". PS - my new ISP is a company called VOX. These guys have been helpful from the word go and have kept me informed, every step of the way -AND they offered me a better package than Afrighost.
