The Service Provider who can't Provide

My email and web hosting is done by Afrihost. Since yesterday I can not send emails....... Because there server has been black listed. I spent 40 minutes of the phone yesterday and again this morning. Now some 2 hours later, they still have not sorted out the problem and I sit not being able to work........................ Can I ask, what am I actually paying for?????????????

IP address 197.242.144.18 returned DNS result code 127.0.0.2. 197.242.144.18 is Black listed
