The service not good

Yho. I've never been so frustrated. Afrihost. This service where your customers are being handled by 5 people, all requesting same information at once sucks. It literally can't be. In a day i send same documents to 4 different people, some request it the way it suits him/ her. So frustrating. I ended cancellling my application out of frustration.
