The rise and fall of a Legend

I am lost for words, Afrihost was my most recommended supplier or ISP by far, never had a single problem and 2019 everything changed towards the end of the year, sure the take over from Blitzfibre to Frogfoot was not the best and my internet is not so great anymore, But what is worse is Afrihost's service delivery or lack there of. previously I would log onto whatsapp and messgae them and boom 5 min max wait and there I got help but no I have seen it at the worst i waited over 16 hours... I placed a request for a call back a couple of days ag,,, yes a couple being more than 4 days now. I'm still waiting! Whats going on why are you guys so bad lately, and to top it all off I requested an upgrade in line speed, Afrihost had not problem billing me for this change and with my 3rd question to your support team they still can't tell me why I am not getting the speed.
