We bought their new RAIN LTE-A router and signed up a data package, there was a discrepancy between the Afrihost allocated data and the amount Rain allocated us, which resulted in us running out of data late at night and not sure what was going on because we were under the impression we had 30GB+ and had only used up around 10GB.

We logged a support ticket via their SMS line, the consultant (unfortunately I cannot remember his name) phoned us back promptly and managed to explain what happened and logged a credit for our account. I also received great feedback via their Facebook page and all round excellent customer service.

I have been a client for over 2 years now and can recommend them for any ISP/hosting services because I have NEVER received anything but excellent service. Five Stars Afrihost!
