The pains of trying to get Fibre and **** Service too!!!!

Cannot seem to get any assistance from the website with the call me back option where I fill out my details and even when I got to speak to some sales agent I was basically told that its my problem to get internet with a fibre line at the property that I am moving into!!! I Do not understand why am I struggling to get this fibre internet since it shows literally not even a few metres away from my residence to be that there is fibre available but when placing the marker on my roof there is no fibre available which I do not under... The lady tells me on the phone I should try and get a service provider to come out to install the fibre line into my apartment?? I mean what the hell will I be paying you guys for then? I mean this is pathetic that Im moving in on Thursday and seems no one wants to or is even willing to assist me in anyway whatsoever and I find this disgusting service!!! I get a message saying to call to speak to an agent and when I call the number the call cuts and another message get sent saying We apologise for the poor service I received yet no one has called me and this was like almost a week ago already now!!! Honestly disgusting service and needs to be addressed!!! I am so not pleased with Afihost
