The next Telkom?

I am so disappointed in the service of Afrihost. For so long they did so well, now they cant even be bothered to provide constructive feedback. We check online to see if our area is active and it is, but the consultant at Afrihost wants to tell us where we live (incorrect address). We have logged several emails and called several times yet no-one can help us. For the day already i have called twice, 12.27pm and was on hold for over 8 min. I am currently on hold now over 11 minutes and counting. If I could attached the incompetence that we are currently experiencing, I would. Is Afrihost going to be the next Telkom???
