The myth of a internet connection

We have been without an internet connection for almost a week. Usually Afrihost provides great client service, but it's been trrrible. I've been with them for years. If we don't have a fibre connection it is HALF the damn speed. Cmon?? It aint that difficult is it? Doing your job? Or actually calling back when you said you would?? We had techs at our house and they didn't find any problem. Sort out this ****. We pay for service. Not half assing ****.
