The most useless help line no one can help don't use them!!!!!!!

They are useless and can't help with anything. I have been arguing with them just to activate my fiber for more then 2 week nou and every time it is another 24 hours to 48 an then again and again. I have been struggling without fiber for so long nou just become they don't know how to do there jo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
