The most useless client support

The most useless client support probably on this planet. I have logged what seems to be hundreds of calls about packet loss on my line. Everytime they give me a huge set of hurdles to jump through. And even when I do, they still wont actually log a fault report with the ISP. This company should go bankrupt the sooner the better. Don't give them your money go to any other provider instead.
