The home of NO internet joy

The worst service ever. I didn't have internet for a full month and when I canceled the service they are now expecting me to pay for another month instead of the 30 day notice period they told me about. I don't even understand why they are not reimbursing me for this month for their no service. Every time you are on a call with one of their agents they put you on hold until you are fed up with their stupid music and drop the call while they are escalating the matter. They should just change their slogan from the home of pure internet joy to the home of no internet joy
