The best service I've encountered in my life...

Banele Moloi from Afrihost just demonstrated the best service I've experienced in my life.

I am extremely frustrated by my Fixed Wireless. I called Afrihost and while I was starting to feel I'm being sent from pillar to post, I eventually got this nearly nonchalant Customer Service rep.

While my frustration was starting to grow, this cool, calm and collected rep empathises with me and is able to consider my experience and the level of inconvenience I'm experiencing. Plus, give some real reassurance that he is on it!

He is great at his job and should be recognized accordingly.
