I ordered (online) fiber to my home from Telkom. This was on the 6th of April 2022. On the 12th I was contacted by Telkom to complete the order telephonically. I was told it should take about a week for me to get connected. 3 Weeks passed and no word from them. My mom also app**** online and requested that Telkom contact her. To date no word from them. On the 4th of May 2022 I did and online application at Afrihost. A couple of minutes later I was contacted by a sales agent who confirmed my order and told me Openserve will contact me regarding the fiber line installation . This morning, 5th of May 2022, Openserve phoned and booked my installation for tomorrow, the 6th. I also received the new router from Afrihost which was delivered to my house today. All in all it took Afrihost and Openserve 3 days to sort out my internet. 3 Days!!!

The only question I have is... Where the hell is Telkom?

Great work from Afrihost and Openserve. I hope this will encourage more people to join Afrihost and Openserve and forget about Telkom. Just like they forgot about me.
