Thanks for nothing Afrihost.

I have been trying to get my Wi-Fi working with Afrihost since the 1st of September (I just moved in), and today is the 1st of October — still nothing. You can only imagine how much I’ve spent on data with working from home. On their side, it shows “active,” but on my side, it has never worked. I have now had to pay for an entire month of Wi-Fi that I never used, and on top of that, I’ve already been charged for October too.

The service is honestly horrible. I waited over 20 days for a person who was supposed to manually reset it and they never even showed up. I’ve never experienced such bad service before. If it wasn’t the standard Wi-Fi provider for this residential complex, I would have switched long ago.

I’m extremely frustrated, and it feels unfair to be paying for something I never got to use. Afrihost’s service has been the worst.
